Terms of use

all orders made with the greatest find will be shipped within 1 working day of placing an order. if your order is placed after 3pm gmt on a Friday, or over a weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday. please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
overseas customers
all customers outside the eu will be responsible for any import duties and added taxes. these are not added on to the products price and/or included in the shipping charges. the extra charges will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. please check with your country's custom office to determine what the additional costs are prior to purchase.
Returns Policy
we are happy to accept the return or exchange of any product in the saleable condition you received it in. these products must reach us within 14 days of the delivery date. we will then refund your method of payment for the purchase price, once we receive your package. unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. exchanged items will be shipped at no extra cost. please send an email for your r/e code before returning or exchanging products. we cannot issue refunds or exchanges without this code. in your email please specify your order number and reason for return/exchange. if there are any discrepancies in your order please email us. if any item is faulty please email us. we reserve the right to request photo evidence of any faulty return request.
Returns information
you can return or exchange all items purchased through you can return products within 14 days starting from the date of delivery. please ensure that you repack items in the original packaging. all items must be returned to us in the same condition that they were sent and deemed fit for resale. we will not be able to refund or exchange any items that are noticeably worn, scented, or washed. this does not affect your statutory rights. 




how to return/exchange products



1. please email: to receive your R/E code to authorise the return/exchange.

2. repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form.

3. please post to the address provided on the returns form.

you may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent. always keep proof of postage as the returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

4. once we have received your parcel we will begin the refund or exchange process within 72 hours of receipt and you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
